This b.e.e. Ish is made to even out the situation which started over 40years ago..So the initiative's good in theory if people actually control it,I'v got a business mind..And in business whatever can benefit u is an opportunity,and u must NEVER drop an opportunity.Of course some people do take b.e.e. But mostly qualificationz,coz its wat goes on inside ryt,wat would go down if all ppl were purple? Lighter shadez of purple get preferance? Nah man, letz work on equality dammit. I first wana stress that there is a diff btwn BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT and AFFIRMATIVE ACTION coz ppl seem 2b confusing the 2. BEE is an excellent concept shame, bt i really have lil faith in its implementation coz it has only benefited a very select few (black ppl) and those who have benefited from it have done very little or nothing 2 empower other black ppl who (lets be honest) have no skills n end up having 2do hard labour coz of the legacy of apartheid
